Who We Are
Established in 1984, BurHor Group has grown from a specialist horticultural services provider into one of Australia’s most trusted integrated asset management companies.
For more than 40 years, we have delivered landscape, arboricultural, environmental and asset management services across some of Australia’s most recognised public assets, infrastructure projects, educational facilities, commercial developments and community open spaces.
Our purpose is simple: to care for assets, people and places for a better Australia.
We are a proudly Australian, family-founded company built on the values of safety, quality, integrity and environmental stewardship. Our experience spans government, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors, supported by integrated technology, certified management systems and highly skilled people.
Today, BurHor Group operates from offices in the ACT and Queensland, delivering services across four states — ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC — with the capability to support projects nationally.

We protect native vegetation, biodiversity and ecosystems across every site we manage. Erosion and sediment control, pollution prevention and habitat restoration are integrated into our standard operating procedures.
Waste Management
We reduce waste to landfill through recycling, re-use and responsible disposal. Chemical selection, storage and application comply with all safety data sheets, product labels and environmental controls.
Low Carbon Operations
We monitor fuel usage across our fleet, maintain plant and equipment to maximise efficiency and continually evaluate lower-emission alternatives. Our operations have achieved a 12% fuel reduction and an 18% reduction in emissions through smarter routing, maintenance and tracking via our TRAK system.
Resource Efficiency
We minimise our consumption of water, fuel and materials through efficient irrigation practices, optimised routing, planned maintenance and reduced equipment idle time.
Sustainable Procurement
We engage local and reputable suppliers, prioritise environmentally responsible materials and work with subcontractors who share our commitment to sustainable practices.

Our Geographic Information System captures spatial data, asset condition, inspection results and maintenance history -- providing accurate, real-time visibility of every asset we manage. Drone data capture, NDVI vegetation analysis and QR code asset tracking enhance the quality and depth of our digital asset registers.
Connected Systems
GIS, our Job Management and Integrated ISO Management Systems work as one connected platform. Asset data flows from the field into spatial analysis, job management and compliance reporting - eliminating manual processes and ensuring every report is backed by real, verified data.
Digital Job Management System
Our proprietary job management platform plans, schedules, dispatches, monitors and reports every aspect of service delivery in real time. Field teams capture GPS-stamped photos, digital checklists and completion data on mobile devices - giving clients complete transparency of what was done, when, where and by whom.
Innovation in the Field
We deploy drones for site surveys and vegetation analysis, mobile technology for real-time field reporting, and digital inspections that enhance safety, accuracy and speed. Our systems have delivered a 98% on-time completion rate, 2.4-hour average response time and 99% SLA compliance across our contracts.
